About the Marketplace
We have simplified the benefits enrollment process, so you spend less time enrolling in benefits, and more time enjoying them. We’ve designed the Marketplace with you in mind: simply sign up for multiple products and benefits all at once, complete paperwork online, and pay fast and securely with our online payment tool. ▾ Do I need to make an account?
You will need to make an account to enroll. The account setup page will ask for information that is required by the product providers themselves. Once completed, they’ll have the necessary information they need to include you in their systems. You can either create your account and then select your products or create your account during the checkout process. You can also login later to purchase products if you would like to add something later.
▾ How do I get started?
There are three steps to take to set up and start using your benefits.
Go through the product pages listed and add the type of products you want to your cart.
Visit your cart to check out and create your account. If you already have an account, this is where you can sign in if you haven’t already.
You’ll then be directed to the checkout page to add your method of payment and purchase your products.
▾ What if I’m just interested in a free product?
Your free discount products and bundles are automatically available to you as a member of your organization—there is no need to enroll. Simply visit the page of your free product or bundle to learn more and access your discounts.
▾ How do I access my products?
To access your products, visit your company’s Marketplace and hit Sign In at the top of the page.
▾ Will more products be added later on?
It is possible that your group will add new products to the Marketplace. You will receive information on new products or changing products from your company directly.
▾ Is there an enrollment period for Hooray Health?
You are welcome to enroll in Hooray Health at any time: there is no specific enrollment period.
▾ When is my Hooray Health plan effective?
If you've purchased your plan on or before the 15th of the month, your plan will begin on the 1st of the next month. If you enroll on the 16th or later, your plan begins the following month on the 1st. For example, if you enroll on January 15th, your plan kicks off on February 1st; however, if you enroll on the 16th of January, your plan begins March 1st.
▾ I would like to terminate or reinstate my Hooray Health plan. What do I do?
Termination can be initiated at any time and will take into effect on the last paid through date. To cancel your plan coverage you may do so within the order history tab once logged in.
▾ What if I experience an LCE (a"life-change event") or want to change my health care plan?
Changes to your contact information can be made at any time. Plan downgrades can be made at any time if no claims have been filed. Plan upgrades can occur within the first 30 days of coverage if no claims have previously been filed. Otherwise, upgrades are allowed at plan year. Please log in to your account and find Hooray Health under your Products tab for more information. To request plan changes you may do so on the Contact tab within your account once logged in.
